We Heart the Cheese State

Patrick had to travel to Wisconsin on business, so we decided to make a family vacation of it and lucky for us, Nene and Papa made the trip, as well so we could have a Wille of a good time!  (I am so cheesy!)  It was the first time we met Patrick's cousin's children, Sophie, Riley & Reagan and it was the first time any of the Wisconsin family would meet our offspring.  Harper loved having other kids her age to play with and we all loved seeing all the kids interact.  It was great family time and we were so grateful to Uncle Jerry and Aunt Trudy for their hospitality.  We loved seeing everyone!
Harper ready for the plane ride...such a big girl!
We arrived at midnight, so we didn't see anybody until the next morning when Nene and Papa came to our hotel (we stayed in a hotel for 2 nights).  We quickly headed out to meet Uncle Jerry, Aunt Trudy, Cousin Leslie and her 3 kids, & Cousin Erin and her 2 kids.  We had lunch (with custard, of course) and than a great time at a huge, fabulous park.

The two grandpa and their newest grandbabies,  Silas & Reagan.
The Wille men (minus Danny, who had to work...what's that?!)

The grandparents took the kids and the cousins all went out for a fun-filled night of dinner, drinks and dancing (not fancy dancing, but neighborhood bar dancing).  We had a great time re-bonding and playing sans kids.

The Latest - Harper 2 yrs, 7mos; Silas 4.5 mos

What will they think of next...Harper is always finding some funny new game to play or activity to occupy herself.  Silas is now rolling over and sitting comfortably in the bumbo chair.  Things are fun and happy in this household as we get ready for a month of travels and play at the beach when we are home.
Harper loves to draw and the sunglasses seem to inspire her~notice the up-side-down-ness of them :)

Every Wednesday night there is a farmer's market at a marina near our house.  We ride our bikes and enjoy the fabulous food and random music.  Harper loves the fresh fruit and running freely in the grassy park.

Grammy sent Harper some money to buy something special since she is such a good big sister-nail polish and a cell phone to match her laptop were her picks of how to spend her money.
Mommy has begun to explore the latest trend (or kind of old trend but I'm always late to the tech game), Instagram.  I love the effects although I'm sure I'm missing some of the cool things it does.  Here are some of my latest shots.

Big sister duty, pushing Silas in the swing

She had more candy topping than yogurt, just as it's supposed to be for a 2 year old

She was so proud to be pushing her own cart, the cart I used for all the goods

Silas was a kickin' maniac during bath...perhaps a swimmer like mama or a soccer player like dad?
